ER Multi-Services was birthed on December 25th, 2020, with the idea of “what if there was a place where customers could receive multiple services while treated with respect, dignity and integrity?” This idea was in labor since February 2020 after brother Enock J. Saint-Juste was let go from a company which he served for 14 years, where he held various positions including Customer Service Representative and Medical Claims Examiner. During his time in the health care industry, he gained extensive experiences focusing on customer satisfaction that now drive him to build personal relationships with the community he desires to serve.
